  • Where in the World are Antonio and Dante?
    Antonio & Dante's Next Adventure

"What did you think of our last adventure Dante?"

"The view was incredible! Where are we off to next?"

"Dante, I liked the one island visit we had so much I thought we would go island hopping again."

"Sounds great Antonio, which island do you have in mind?"

"The island I am talking about is located off the coast of Naples."

"Are we heading back to the island of Capri?"

"Nope, this time we are going to visit the island of Ischia."

    "Cool! Let's go!"

Below we have included the five clues that you will need to figure out our next destination. Don't worry if you do not know where we are. You can always click on the link at the end of the clues to see where we are.

    1. This monument can be found on the east coast of the island

Here is some great advice from our friend Francesca on how to get to Ischia
      • To get to the island of Ischia, you must travel first to Naples, Italy. Once in Naples you must go to the ticket booths at one of the ports (popular ones include Beverello in Naples or the port in Pozzuoli, hometown of Sofia Loren) and purchase boat tickets to Ischia.
      • You can take either a full-fledged boat that carries cars, trucks, and motorini or, if you are sans automobile, you can take the aliscafo or hydrofoil to the island, which is a bit faster
      • Make sure that your boat doesn't make two stops. Some of them stop first on the island of Procida and then on Ischia, and people sometimes get confused and get off at the wrong stop.
      • The easiest way to get to Ischia is to find a taxi driver, who will pick you up in Naples and travel with you to Ischia to bring you to your final destination of hotel or relative's home.
      • This is important - Check boat departures ahead of time. You do not want to go to the wrong port and find out when you get there that there are no boats departing.
      • If you need to return to the mainland early in the morning you may have to do so the night before because the boats do not leave too late in the morning.

    2. It is located in the comune of Ischia (more specifically Ischia Ponte)
    3. This is the most visited monument on the island
    4. Italian noblewoman and poet Vittoria Colonna lived here
    5. A bridge attaches this to the island of Ischia

We have arrived at our destination. I hope our clues helped you to figure out where we are. Do you know where in the world Antonio and Dante are? Just click on the link below to see if you were right.
