  • Italian Egg Burrito
    Recipe contributed by Justin Hahn
    Ingredients
    • 3 eggs (any kind)
    • Salt (preferable the grounded sea salt but any kind will work)
    • 1/4 cup Italian Dressing (any kind)
    • 2 slices of American cheese (any kind)
    • Tortilla
    • Pepper
    Preparation
First crack the three eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk. While doing that mix the 1/4 cup of Italian dressing into the egg mixture untill well blended. Next take a small pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan on about 8 for the heat. Wait till the egg mixture starts bubbling and then scramble the eggs until you get the size of the chunks you perfer. Then take a plate and heat up a tortilla for 10 seconds in the micro wave. Then set flat on plat and dump the scrambled eggs into the middle of the tortilla long ways. Take the 2 slices of cheese and make into strips and lay over the scrambled eggs. Next wrap the tortilla into a buritto making sure to keep the scrambled eggs and cheese inside. Then put back into the microwave for 15 seconds. Take out and let cool. Enjoy. Makes 2 servings.
