Chicken Soup |

Ingredients |
- Chicken (1 whole)
- Carrots (6 at least)
- Onion (2 whole)
- Celery (5-6 stalks)
- Tomatoes (1 or 2 cans of diced tomatoes)
- Parsley to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 box or bag of linguini (not cooked)
- Chicken stock (whole pot)
- Chicken bullion (7 cubes)

Preparation |
To make stock --- cut up chicken and cook with 1 onion, bullion, garlic. salt and pepper. Let it simmer till chicken falls off bone. Strain and debone all chicken real carefully. Set aside. In a big pot cook carrots, celery and 1 onion (can be sautéed first). Add all spices to taste and add stock that was put aside. Cook till done. Add one package of linguini noodles broken into thirds. Cook just till done, add tomatoes let simmer, till all is hot. Enjoy! Serves 10.
