Ingredients |
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound about 35 medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Salt and fresh pepper to taste

Preparation |
In a shallow non metal dish mix all the marinade ingredients and set aside. Thread 5 or 6 shrimp on individual skewers and set aside. Heat grill and brush with a little olive oil. Grill shrimp about 5 minutes on each side. Remove the shrimp from the skewers and add them to the marinade. Cover them and refrigerate them for several hours turning them every so often. Let the shrimp come to room temperature. Before serving pour some of the marinade over the shrimp. Serve on sliced Italian Bread. Makes 6 servings. |
