Pasta With Sauce In It |

Ingredients |
- 1 can anchovies
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can of clams
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 pound of linguine
- 6 tomatoes chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- Parsley
- Fresh ground black pepper

Preparation |
Take aluminum foil and line a heavy baking dish. In a large frying pan, heat oil and cook garlic till golden brown then discard. Add tomatoes and bring to high heat. Mash with a wooden spoon while cooking Add bay leaves and sugar. Cook for about 1 hr. Then add anchovies. Cook linguine for 5 minutes and then drain. Put one ladle of sauce in foil lined baking dish. Place pasta in dish and place remaining sauce over the pasta. Add clams over the sauce. Pre heat oven to 450 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with garlic bread or bruschetta. ENJOY!
