  • Pizzelles alla Lucia

    Ingredients
    • 6 eggs
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 2 Tablespoons Brandy or more to taste
    • 3 1/2 cups flour
    • 4 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 cup melted butter
    Preparation
    Beat the eggs and add sugar gradually and continue beating until the sugar is dissolved. Mix in melted butter and Brandy. Beat until the batter is smooth. Add the flour and baking powder and make sure it is mixed well. Spoon onto a greased and pre heated pizzelle iron. Bake until light to golden brown.
