    • 3 sandwich steaks
    • Olive oil
    • 3 cloves of garlic sliced
    • Salt and pepper
    • 4-6 potatoes - quartered
    • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    • Large can of diced tomatoes
    • Basil
    • Parsley
    Slice steak in palm size pieces. Salt and pepper meat and brown in olive oil, along with garlic. Quarter potatoes and add to skillet. Add can of tomatoes, sprinkle on parmesan, parsley, basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Add enough water to cover potatoes and drizzle with olive oil. Cover and cook approx, 1 hour. Serve with Italian bread for the juices. Serves 6.
