| Preparation |
| Place the slices of Italian bread in a broiler or toaster oven until lightly browned. Remove and spread the butter on one side of the bread. Take the strawberries and evenly arrange them on each slice of bread. Sprinkle all of the strawberries with sugar. Place the bread back in the broiler or toaster oven until the sugar starts to carmelize. This will take approximately 2-3 minutes. |
